George VanderWoude has been a WSI consultant since 2009. Starting from scratch, he has built a national SEO and consulting practice, serving local and mid-sized clients in Chicago and across the country. George’s specialties include SEO, web architecture consulting, and B2B social selling.
Prior to joining WSI, George worked as corporate officer for a large construction materials supply firm and as a business owner in the environmental services industry. George brings to marketing consultancy a desire to discuss with business managers and owners what really matters to their online success. He currently manages online marketing budgets from start-ups to national e-commerce budgets of $400,000.
George holds an MBA in marketing from the University of Chicago, is married, resides in the Chicago area and has two grown children. In his off time, George enjoys biking with his wife on an extensive local network of bike trails throughout Chicago and Illinois, reading fictional and historical novels, and the occational round of golf with friends.
